Your answers and CV are scored against the specific role by CareerLLM model built on 13 years of placement outcomes and hundreds of thousands of hiring data points, developed by our machine learning team from the University of Washington.

Other Job-matching and fit score analysis charge hundreds per score. Why is it free?

Accepted Answer

Because we did not build it to sell. The Job-Match and fit score analysis was built exclusively for Industry Connect participants, as part of the Employer Network's recruiter tooling. It runs on Industry Connect CareerLLM and we opened it to everyone because we believe anyone should be able to score themselves against a real role, free, before deciding if they want help closing the gaps.

What if I don't have any tech experience yet?

That's the common starting point. Your fit score will be honest about where you are now and surface the one thing standing between you and the role - usually 'real commercial experience'. That's exactly what the Job-Ready Programme is built to close.
